About The Position

Corvid's Range Engineering & Instrumentation team is seeking an experienced System Administrator to provide direct support for systems used in testing activities. This customer-facing position monitors system performance and provides technical expertise in system configuration and management. The role works closely with stakeholders, administrators, and security personnel to develop and maintain information systems that meet mission requirements and support mission performance. It requires extensive travel, up to 50%, to various test ranges for system integration and test events as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen and possess and maintain a Secret clearance.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience, specifically in Windows domain architecture and management.
• Must possess Security+.
• Familiarity with DoD and DISA security requirements, including Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs), and their application to information systems.
• Demonstrated experience working with ACAS (Assured Compliance Assessment Solution).
• Position requires extensive travel, up to 50%.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience working with virtual server environments.
• Experience using Ivanti enterprise patch management software.
• Linux experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine technical expertise for information system components, infrastructure integration, and maintenance to maintain performance and security standards.
• Apply software updates, patches, and upgrades across a distributed network.
• Provide system-level understanding and solutions to end users.
• Travel to various test ranges to support system integration and test events as required.
