Requirements

High school Diploma
Must be able to achieve and maintain a DOD Security clearance.
Must be able to achieve and maintain a U.S. Passport.

Associates or bachelor’s degree in IT is a Plus

Responsibilities

Maintain day-to-day essential network operations, Windows and Linux operating systems, Microsoft security tools, applications, Linux virtual servers, domain controller, manage and update laptops, software, and hardware
Perform virtual server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, and ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
Maintain internal infrastructure requirements, including laptop computers, virtual servers, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates, and support network segments
Interact with IT Department team members to assist in troubleshooting, identify root causes, and provide technical support and Tier ½ help desk assistance when needed
Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups
