Requirements

8 years of experience in enterprise system administration and automation
Must meet DoD 8140 requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or an additional 4 years of experience) in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Active TS/SCI clearance

Responsibilities

Perform daily operations, maintenance, and security of the platform infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system configurations in accordance with operational policies.
Implement and maintain system monitoring tools.
Configure and manage backup and recovery systems.
Automate routine administrative tasks using scripting and automation tools.
Conduct regular system health checks.
Apply system updates and patches to mitigate vulnerabilities.
Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Maintain system documentation.
Monitor system logs for performance and security anomalies.
Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 platform availability.
