About The Position

The System Administrator installs and configures software, hardware, and virtual networks; sets up user accounts and workstations; and manages network servers and technology tools. The role monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, maintains efficient and secure systems, and applies operating-system and application patches and updates. It also involves managing licenses and CAs, providing technical support, resolving IT-related issues, maintaining internal documentation and IT policies, training staff on new technologies and system usage, and understanding STIG compliance and implementation. The position is full-time and onsite at SSFB, Colorado. An active DOD Top Secret clearance and one IAT Level II certification are required.

Requirements

• Active DOD Top Secret security clearance.
• Any one IAT Level II certification.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux, VMware, and ESXi.
• Strong knowledge and background in Cisco virtual machines, including CUCM, CMS, PCD, and CIMC.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certifications such as MCSA or CompTIA Server+.
