About The Position

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM System Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This role will focus on the administration, support, and optimization of enterprise IT applications, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Project Service Automation) and Microsoft SharePoint. The ideal candidate will provide end-user support and manage system configurations, aligning technology solutions with our nonprofit’s mission-driven goals.

  • Dynamics 365 CRM Administration: Basic experience or training with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar applications (internships, coursework, or certifications acceptable).
  • Familiarity with configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Project Service Automation).
  • Understanding of user setup, security, and licensing management.
  • End-User Support: Ability to troubleshoot basic technology issues for technical and non-technical users.
  • Microsoft Office 365: Familiarity with administering Office 365 applications and integrations.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Customer Service: Strong skills in addressing user needs and delivering high-quality support.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Training: Willingness to train both technical and non-technical staff on system usage and best practices.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology or business-related field (or equivalent experience, completed within the last 2 years).
  • Basic experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM or similar applications (e.g., through internships, academic projects, or certifications).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Driving Category B: Employees who may drive RMHS or personal vehicles for business purposes. Category B employees may transport other employees but will not transport RMHS clients. Valid driver’s license Proof of motor vehicle insurance Personal vehicle in good operating condition for use during work, including transporting individuals No major violations in the past three years. No more than two moving violations in the past three years Ability to meet and maintain agency driving requirements and operate agency vehicles Drivers must upload proof of ongoing auto insurance every 6 months into Paycom/Relias.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and administering Microsoft SharePoint environments.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Responsibilities

  • Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Project Service Automation), ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
  • Microsoft 365 User management including onboarding and offboarding
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for Dynamics 365 CRM and related applications.
  • Plan and execute application capacity upgrades, including system updates and customizations to meet organizational needs.
  • Configure and deploy customizations for Dynamics 365 CRM, including user setup, security maintenance, and licensing management.
  • Perform general SharePoint administration, including site management and integration with Dynamics 365 CRM.
  • Document system architecture, configurations, and processes to support operational continuity and training.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and division leaders to gather system requirements and propose technology architecture solutions.
  • Support Help Desk processes throughout the organization
  • Perform other job duties as assigned to support the nonprofit’s IT and mission objectives.
