We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiting Consultant to join our team. This role requires a proactive recruiter with proven experience in cold-calling passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and successfully filling roles across various industries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at reaching out to passive candidates, and has a strong ability to engage them.

Requirements

BA or associate degree is preferred, plus 5+ years of experience
Proven experience as a recruiter in a fast-paced environment and engaging talent through cold calls.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed for sourcing and outreach.
Strong ability to assess candidates and conduct structured interviews.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Team player – ability to initiate communication with team members.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and adapt to shifting priorities.
Proficient with MS Office 365
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software

Responsibilities

Source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, and other recruiting technologies.
Conduct candidate outreach through multiple channels, including cold calling, email, and social media.
Conduct in-depth screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Collaborate closely with team members to understand job requirements and talent needs.
Utilize our applicant tracking systems (SmartRecruiters) and other tools to track and manage candidates efficiently.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sourcing and recruitment.
Write job descriptions and phone interview templates for assigned positions.
