About The Position

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator II to join our Corporate IT team in Huntsville, AL (Discovery). You will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing TSC’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across platforms and systems.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field (equivalent education or experience considered).
2-4 or more years of experience in IT support roles (equivalent experience considered).
U.S. Citizenship and eligibility for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.

Nice To Haves

Experience managing and configuring: Microsoft 365 GCC High, SharePoint Online, and Exchange.
Experience managing and configuring: Active Directory, Group Policy, Entra ID, and Intune.
Experience managing and configuring: Linux operating systems (e.g., Red Hat, Ubuntu)
Experience managing and configuring: Red Hat Satellite Server.
Experience managing and configuring: Mac OS and Mac Support
Current Microsoft or CompTIA certifications (e.g., Azure, Windows Server, A+, Network+, Security+).

MS-900 - M365 Fundamentals

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve diverse IT issues across laptops, desktops, networks, and telecommunications.
Configure, manage, and maintain Microsoft, Linux and MacOS operating systems.
Implement and manage security protocols to ensure compliance and data integrity.
Work with the IT team to resolve escalated issues and provide user guidance.
Deliver training and documentation to help employees use IT systems and tools effectively.
