Amentum is seeking a System Administrator 2 to provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems. Provides support for the escalation and communication of status to agency management and internal customers. Essential Responsibilities: Senior Tier level ticket support for one of the PKI Tool Providing troubleshooting support for end users having issues with various PKI tools Testing new PKI tool releases Testing new compliance guidance per the functionality of the PKI tools Basic understanding of Window desktop tools and Linux command line functions Reviewing and updating documentation and SOPs Understanding of using a ticketing system and navigating confluence pages
