System Administrator 2 - Tier 2 Remote Desktop Team
About The Position
CACI is seeking a professional to fill a System Administrator 2 - Tier 2 Remote Desktop Team position in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role involves providing technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software. The position requires the ability to apply diagnostic techniques to identify and resolve problems, and to provide remote support to worldwide sites. The administrator will also be responsible for identifying, investigating, resolving, and following up on issues reported by users of cloud infrastructure. The role requires working shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, 2pm to 10pm.

- TS/SCI with Poly
- Excellent systems hardware knowledge

- DoD 8570 IA Type IAT Level 1
- DoD 8570 CE Certification Requirements
- CompTIA A+ CE
- CompTIA Network+ CE

Responsibilities
- Provides technical support and troubleshooting to network, desktop, and/or systems hardware and software
- May coach and provide guidance to less-experienced professionals
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions
- Provides remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites
- Identify, investigate, resolve, and follow-up problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure
