About The Position

WOONGJIN, Inc. is seeking a System Administrator & Service Desk professional who is bilingual in English and Korean. This role involves providing customer support, performing system administration tasks, analyzing data, and contributing to AI-driven automation and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with both US-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas: Service Desk / Help Desk Operations, IT Operations or Application Support, System Administration
Experience supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively with both U.S.-based teams and Korea-based Headquarters.
Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Korean in order to communicate or make presentation for the clients.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Jira or other ticketing/workflow management systems preferred.
Understanding of web-based applications and system integrations.
Experience building lightweight automation solutions using AI-assisted development ("Vibe Coding"), low-code/no-code platforms, scripting, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

Perform basic to intermediate system administration tasks, including User and access management
System configuration: Workflow and process maintenance, Issue investigation and escalation
Ability to leverage prompt engineering techniques to create, optimize, and maintain AI-assisted workflows.
