About The Position

The Digital Technology team is hiring Systems Administrator / Service Desk Coordinators for our Secure Labs support team. A minimum Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is required. Qualified candidates should have a passion for technology, a disciplined approach to security, and be excited about finding new ways to add value to our business and our mission partners. -You will serve as the primary technical interface for the program, providing hands-on Tier 1 support for Desktop, Networking, and Peripheral hardware. -You will manage the service flow using Jira Service Manager, resolving immediate issues and driving complex escalations to the broader ISSA team. -You will perform Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) and performance oversight to ensure system health and detect anomalies within an air-gapped environment. -You will perform "Low-to-High" data transfers and media management in strict accordance with JSIG and DFARS controls. -You will assist in the implementation of technical solutions and security hardening (STIGs/SCAP) for the projects you are assigned. -You will participate in the improvement of internal processes (CORE) to enhance security posture and operational efficiency. -You will provide support for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 infrastructure teams to ensure high up-time for mission-critical systems. -You will learn how to maintain and defend complex, air-gapped infrastructures under rigorous JSIG and NIST 800-53 frameworks. -You will foster relationships with your DT and Cybersecurity peers across the domestic US. -You will learn how to communicate technical risks and project status effectively to Engineering leadership. -You will learn how to apply your knowledge and personal skills to shape secure lab environments that have a loose or evolving set of requirements.

Requirements

  • University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) Govt. Security Clearance.
  • Experience supporting technology in a professional environment, with a focus on: Desktop & Server Support: Troubleshooting hardware, Windows 10/11, and local Active Directory.
  • Experience supporting technology in a professional environment, with a focus on: Networking: Basic Layer 1/2 troubleshooting, cabling, and port security.
  • Experience supporting technology in a professional environment, with a focus on: Ticketing Systems: Professional experience with Jira Service Manager or equivalent.
  • Active IAT Level II certification (e.g., Security+ CE).
  • Active Top Secret Clearance AND Security+ Certification are required day 1, non-negotiable.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in JSIG, SAP, or SCIF environments.
  • Familiarity with Continuous Monitoring tools and vulnerability remediation (STIGs).
  • Strong "detective" mindset for troubleshooting in isolated environments without internet access.
  • Advanced technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, or CompTIA).
