About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Symplr Workforce Management Consultant with expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Analytics modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, reporting, and post-go-live support for workforce management solutions in healthcare environments.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Symplr Workforce Management
- Strong expertise in Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Analytics/Reporting modules
- Knowledge of workforce management processes, labor rules, and payroll integration
- Experience in configuration, testing, and production support
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis
- Experience with UKG, Workday, Oracle HCM, or other workforce management platforms
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing and compliance requirements
- Project implementation and stakeholder management experience
