About The Position
National Retail Transportation is hiring experienced FULL - TIME CDL-A Switchers (Yard Jockeys) to join our team in Ontario, CA! The Switcher safely moves trailers to and from the warehouse dock to yard locations in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum of 1 year Class A driving experience (or equivalent military driving experience) within the last 3 years
- Must maintain a safety-focused driving history; clean MVR/PSP and employment history preferred
- Ability to read, write, and speak English in compliance with DOT regulations
- Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet DOT medical qualifications
- Current DOT physical certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
