About The Position
The Switchboard Operator is responsible for courteously answering the switchboard and routing calls to the appropriate department or individual. Previous experience in a large call volume setting is preferred for this role.
Requirements
- Minimum of High School Diploma required
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Must possess excellent computer skills
