Requirements

At least 2 years of experience operating Escomatic Swiss-type screw machines or similar CNC machinery.
Proficiency in G-code programming and machine-specific languages.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other measurement tools.
Strong foundation in machining principles, including speeds, feeds, and tooling selection.
Knowledge of aerospace quality standards and regulations.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to safety and operational protocols.
Team spirit and effective communication skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Follow facility procedures and safety protocols.
Set up and operate Escomatic Swiss-type screw machines, including selecting tooling and programming machines with G-code.
Follow engineering drawings and work instructions to perform turning, milling, drilling, threading, deburring, and other machining operations.
Maintain quality, safety, and production efficiency.
Work with quality and engineering teams to monitor processes and identify improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve machinery issues.
Maintain detailed production logs and inspection records.
