About The Position

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of the Nook Brand, is seeking an experienced Swiss Machinist to produce small, advanced precision components in its Swiss department. The role owns the process from machine setup through production, ensuring quality at the source, maintaining throughput, and collaborating with teammates to keep work flowing smoothly. This is a fully onsite position. The pay range is $32.00 to $39.00 per hour based on experience, with a $3.00 per hour third-shift differential, overtime opportunities, and a $2,000 hiring bonus. Benefits are available on day one. Federal export-control restrictions may limit eligibility to U.S. persons or candidates who can otherwise qualify for a license permitting them to hold the position.

Requirements

At least 3 years of experience setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes.
Demonstrated proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting.
Experience with Mitsubishi controls and ability to read and edit G-code/M-code programs.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
Effective communication skills, ability to follow written and verbal directions, and ability to contribute in a team environment.
Must meet applicable federal export-control eligibility requirements for the position.

Nice To Haves

Citizen Swiss machine experience.
Experience operating multiple Swiss CNC machines.
Experience supporting prototype or new product introduction activities.

Responsibilities

Configure, set up, and operate CNC Swiss machines to meet tight tolerances and surface-finish requirements.
Read and interpret blueprints and operation drawings, applying GD&T principles.
Use Mitsubishi controls to load, adjust, and execute machining programs; adjust G-code and M-code as needed.
Perform in-process and final inspections using precision gauges and measurement instruments.
Perform tooling changes, machine adjustments, and troubleshooting.
Accurately document work, follow established procedures, and collaborate with team members to maintain smooth operations.
