We’re looking for an experienced machinist who can own setups, troubleshoot confidently, and keep quality on target—all in a clean, air-conditioned shop. Your role will involve independently setting up and running multi-axis Swiss CNC machines on intermediate-complexity jobs. You will read prints, interpret G and M code, and adjust tooling and offsets to maintain tight tolerances. You will also inspect parts using microscopes, precision measuring tools, vision systems, and CMMs. Additionally, you will use SPC data to monitor quality, reduce scrap, and meet production goals. You will keep production records accurate, communicate across shifts, and support less-experienced machinists.
