About The Position

CTE has a new shift opportunity called the Weekend Warrior Shift, a dedicated schedule designed to support extended operations during weekends. Employees for this shift will work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts). Employees will be paid for 40 hours per week despite working 36 scheduled hours and will receive a 15% shift premium. Overtime will be applied to any time worked beyond 36 hours in the workweek. Employees will receive Holiday Pay for specific holidays. A sign-on bonus incentive of $750 at 30 days and $750 at 90 days is offered. Employees are entitled to two paid 15-minute rest breaks and one paid 30-minute meal break. Adherence to designated break schedules is expected. Due to the compressed nature of the schedule, consistent attendance and punctuality are critical. Missing a shift or repeated tardiness may affect eligibility to remain in the Weekend Warrior program. Employees must be prepared to work their full scheduled shifts unless prior approval for absence is obtained. Communication with supervisors regarding emergencies or needed schedule changes is essential. Employees are expected to maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards throughout their shifts.
