About The Position
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Swing Cab Crane Operators for projects located in or around Fargo, ND. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is up to $55/hour based on experience and skill level. Requirements
- Experience operating swing cab cranes in the 30–65 ton range
- Comfortable working at heights in a physically demanding environment
- Reliable, safety-focused, and team-oriented
- Must be local to the Fargo / Moorhead area or surrounding communities
- Must have a valid licence
Nice To Haves
- Structural steel background preferred
- Steel connector experience is a huge plus
Responsibilities
- Safely operate 30–65 ton swing cab cranes on structural steel projects
- Assist with steel erection, connecting, and alignment of structural steel
- Work closely with the steel crew to properly position and secure materials
- Perform daily crane inspections and follow all site safety procedures
- Help with additional steel work and job site duties when not operating equipment
