Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Animal Science or related field, or equivalent industry experience in swine production or nutrition
  • Strong professionalism and customer focus
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based sales environment
  • Solid understanding of animal research design, execution, analysis, and reporting
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Proficiency in Windows and data analysis tools
  • Willingness to travel 30–50%

Responsibilities

  • Achieving annual business plan targets within the swine segment while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving sales growth.
  • Keeping customers informed on Selko and IntelliBond products.
  • Utilizing SPIN selling techniques to advance opportunities.
  • Supporting a team-selling approach by building multi-level relationships across customer organizations.
  • Contributing to swine research strategy by working closely with technical teams.
  • Executing customer-facing trials.
  • Partnering with marketing to translate trial results into impactful customer materials that demonstrate product value.
