1st Lake Properties is a locally owned and operated company managing over 75 market-rate apartment communities in the Greater New Orleans area. They are seeking a motivated Swimming Pool Technician to join their maintenance team. This role involves managing a small service route and maintaining pools at several apartment communities. Prior pool experience is not required, as training is provided for eager learners who work well in a team and can manage their time independently.
Requirements
- Reliable and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Test and balance pool water chemistry
- Measure, add, and adjust pool chemicals safely
- Clean and maintain swimming pools and community waterways
- Operate pool equipment such as sand filters, pumps, and valves
- Maintain safe, clean, and enjoyable pool environments for residents
