As a Swimming Pool Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing residential and commercial swimming pools, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in swimming pool maintenance or a related field preferred
Knowledge of pool chemicals, equipment, and maintenance procedures
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift heavy equipment and perform physical tasks as needed

Responsibilities

Perform routine pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning, chemical testing, and balancing
Inspect pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) and perform minor repairs as needed
Identify and address any pool-related issues or hazards
Maintain accurate records of services performed and chemicals used
Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service
Follow company protocols and safety guidelines at all times
