Claffey Pools is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Swimming Pool Service Technician to join our team. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of swimming pool service or equipment repair experience preferred
Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Working knowledge of residential swimming pool pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and related equipment
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
Dependable with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
Strong communication and customer service skills
Valid Texas driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to safely perform the physical duties associated with servicing and repairing swimming pool equipment
Availability for occasional overtime and Saturday work during peak seasonal periods

Candidates who possess a current Residential Appliance Installer License (RAIL) may be eligible for a $1,000 sign-on bonus, subject to the terms and conditions of the company's sign-on bonus program.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential swimming pool equipment
Troubleshoot pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, and other pool-related equipment
Repair or replace equipment and components as needed
Identify service issues and recommend appropriate repairs or equipment replacement
Complete assigned service calls accurately and efficiently
Clearly explain service needs, repairs, and completed work to customers
Provide professional and courteous customer service
Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and repairs
Properly maintain company-provided vehicle, tools, and equipment
Follow company safety procedures and established service standards

Benefits

$24.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and licensing
