The role requires strong organizational and time management skills, with a minimum commitment of 15 hours per week. Responsibilities also include ensuring the safety and setup of facilities for both the team and visiting teams, managing equipment, and operating meet management software. The position involves administrative duties, maintaining confidentiality, and attending home and away competitions as assigned. The role also requires compliance with NCAA regulations and University policies, including those related to the Clery Act and EEO.
