About The Position

Nitro Swimming South is hiring Swim School Instructors to teach swimming as a life skill. The employer is seeking applicants with a positive attitude, energy, a love of children, and a desire to make a difference. Paid training is provided. After successfully completing training, instructors earn $20 per hour, with reviews at 90 and 180 days for potential pay increases. Applicants must be at least 16 years old. The schedule requires availability for at least three listed shifts and an average minimum of 12 hours of availability to work per week. Instructors must also work a minimum number of Friday and Saturday shifts each month, depending on the number of Fridays and Saturdays in that month. Additional shifts may be available. The position is at Nitro Swimming South, 3425 South FM 1626, approximately one mile north of Kohlers Crossing in Kyle/Buda. Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Must be available for at least three of the listed shifts and an average minimum of 12 hours of availability to work per week.

Must work at least two Saturday shifts per month in months with four Saturdays, or three Saturday shifts in months with five Saturdays.
