About The Position
The Swim Instructor teaches lifesaving swimming skills to people of all ages, from infants and young children to adults. The role includes introducing infants to the water, helping children develop confidence, and assisting adults in refining their strokes. The instructor shares swimming and water-safety knowledge while creating a positive, enjoyable learning experience. This is a part-time, onsite position with a pay rate of $11.67 to $13.73 per hour.
Requirements
- Proficiency in four different swimming strokes.
- Adult/Child/Infant CPR-PR certification.
- First Aid certification.
- AED certification.
- Enthusiasm and patience.
Responsibilities
- Teach swimming skills and water safety to participants of all ages, including infants, children, and adults.
- Guide infants through their first experiences in the water.
- Help children build confidence in the water.
- Help adults refine their swimming strokes.
