As a Swim Teacher at Foss Swim School, you'll help children gain confidence and life-saving water safety skills while building a rewarding career. Requirements
- Are 18+ years old
- Love working with kids
- Bring positive energy, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
- Are comfortable working in the water for several hours.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in childcare, coaching, education, camps, customer service, retail, hospitality, fitness, or similar roles is a plus—but not required.
Responsibilities
- Teach small classes of 1–4 students using our curriculum.
- Help kids gain confidence and life-saving water safety skills.
- Encourage progress, celebrate milestones, and build lasting relationships with students and families.
