About The Position

At British Swim School, being a swim instructor is more than just a job — it's a calling. You'll help children and adults gain a critical life skill while building confidence in and around water. This unique role involves teaching essential water safety and swimming skills in the pool and delivering outstanding customer service on the pool deck. Whether you're leading a class or helping families at check-in, you'll play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and rewarding experience. Requirements

You love working with kids and making a difference.
You’re reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.
Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool
Must complete our paid swim instructor training.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.

Responsibilities

Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun, proven curriculum (extensive training provided!).
Greet and check in families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations.
Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing in the water.
Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere — both in and out of the pool.
