About The Position

Evolution Swim Academy is hiring year-round, part-time Swim Instructors at our Mission Viejo and Rancho Mission Viejo locations. This role is active, rewarding, and fun, where you'll help children learn life-saving water skills, build confidence, and celebrate accomplishments in and out of the pool. We provide comprehensive paid training and teach you everything you need to become a successful Evolution Swim Instructor. Evolution Swim Academy is a premier learn-to-swim school in Orange County dedicated to creating safer, more confident swimmers. Every new instructor completes our paid training program, including hands-on instruction in our proprietary swim curriculum developed by Evolution Swim Academy founder and two-time Olympian Felipe Delgado. Upon successful completion, you’ll earn your Evolution Swim Academy Swim Instructor Certification.

• Candidates must be available for at least two of the shift options below. You do not need to be available for every listed shift.
• Instructors work in and around the pool and must be able to stand for extended periods, walk, stoop, kneel and crouch, assist swimmers using their hands and arms, and lift or support children weighing up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with children, swimming, coaching, teaching, childcare, camps, recreation, or aquatics is a plus, but not required.
