About The Position
HealthFitness is looking for Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics Team at our Advocate Condell Centre Club, managed by HealthFitness client site located in Gurnee, IL. In this position, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons. You will design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years old.
- Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
- Must have a strong swim background.
- Proficiency in all swim strokes.
Responsibilities
- Provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
- Design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
