About The Position
The Manchester Family YMCA is seeking part time swim instructors to lead swim lessons for program participants at our pool! We are looking for candidates with open availability. This part time position starts at $14.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications.
- Enthusiastic and energetic, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work regular weekly hours with all ages.
Nice To Haves
- Current YMCA, American Red Cross Lifeguard, or Ellis and YMCA Swim Lesson Instructor or WSI certifications
Responsibilities
- Using different tools and teaching techniques, swim instructors will work with small groups of students teaching swimming skills, basic water safety, and the YMCA core values.
