In this unique role, you’ll teach essential water safety and swimming skills in the pool and deliver outstanding customer service on the pool deck. While we teach swimming to people of all ages and abilities, most of our students are preschool and elementary-aged kids. Our instructors should like working with this age group and be good at making parents feel comfortable. The job comes with specialized training in our advanced and unique British Swim School approach. We also have exciting opportunities with our Customer Service Team, even if you're not in the pool. These are the people committed to providing the best service in the industry. In these roles, you might talk to parents on the phone or by the pool. Requirements

You love working with kids and making a difference.
You’re reliable, upbeat, and comfortable in the water.
Must be able to work evenings and/or weekends.
Must be able to swim comfortably in a deep pool
Must complete our paid swim instructor training.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service, education, coaching, or childcare is a plus.
It's helpful if you have experience with children or in a child-focused job, but it's not required if you can show the right attitude.

Responsibilities

Teach swim lessons to children and adults using our fun, proven curriculum (extensive training provided!).
Greet and check in families, assist with scheduling, and help manage pool deck operations.
Keep students safe, engaged, and progressing in the water.
Support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere — both in and out of the pool.
Deliver outstanding customer service on the pool deck.
Help families at check-in.
