About The Position

The Swim & Dive Aide will assist with the Varsity and Junior Varsity Teams, working under the supervision of the Director of Athletics and the Varsity Coach. Responsibilities include coaching, monitoring student attendance and academics, assisting with tryouts, and scouting opponents for the Varsity team. The Aide will also support the Program Advisor or Coach in running a successful athletic program. Payments are processed twice per season: once in the middle and once at the end.

Requirements

• Previous successful playing and/or coaching experience required
• Current CPR/AED & First Aid Certification
• Online Concussion Education Certification
• Online Implicit Bias Education Certification
• Fulfillment of the MIAA Coaches Education Requirements, and state requirements
• Completion of CORI Form
• Fingerprinting background check

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
