About The Position
AC Moate Industries is hiring a Parking Lot Sweeper Driver to help keep commercial properties clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a hands-on role ideal for individuals who enjoy working independently and taking pride in visible results. The schedule includes evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities
- Operate parking lot sweeping equipment
- Clean and maintain parking lots and commercial properties
- Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on sweeping trucks and equipment
- Complete assigned routes reliably and on schedule
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
- Work in various weather conditions
