This role involves a split of responsibilities: approximately 20% of your time will be dedicated to writing content, translating, and quality assurance of texts, advertisements, and other documents. The remaining 80% of your work time will be spent answering calls, emails, and chats from Swedish customers/players who require technical assistance or other advice. This position is ideal for individuals with previous customer service experience who are seeking more varied tasks and an opportunity to learn something new.
