About The Position

This position functions under direct supervision and established protocols. The Swbd Operator operates various telecommunications equipment including: Physician Answering Services, Paging System, PA System, Fire Alarm Circuits, and other specialized circuits used for answering incoming calls, and monitoring equipment failures and security breaches.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• One or more years experience in PBX operations and General Office Practices.
• Familiarity with telephone communications technique and basic computer software.
• Proficiently use Microsoft Office, EXCEL and Outlook.
• Proficiently use FAX copier /printer.
