OneTrust is seeking an SVP, Sales to lead the North America Sales organization. In this role, you will lead the North America Enterprise and Commercial Sales teams, along with Solution Specialist and Partner Sales teams. You will drive ACV growth, partner closely with Customer Experience and Renewals to deliver net ARR retention, and build a high-performance, accountable, and customer-centric sales culture grounded in OneTrust’s AI Governance, Privacy Automation, Technology Risk & Compliance, Third-Party Risk Management, and Consent & Preference solutions. The mission is to lead the North America sales organization to deliver durable, predictable growth by building a high-performance, data-driven sales engine. This involves aligning teams to win by expanding their acumen and solution selling capabilities, elevating execution rigor, improving deal quality, and partnering cross-functionally to maximize customer lifetime value.
