  • Strengthening relationships across the industry

  • Driving both recruiting quality and production per agent
  • Identifying and mentoring emerging agency builders
  • Supporting existing leaders in scaling their organizations
  • Creating structure and accountability around leadership growth
  • Strengthening long-term organizational depth
  • Promoting a multi-line approach (Life, Medicare, Health, Annuities)
  • Encouraging cross-selling and full client solutions
  • Aligning sales strategy with long-term client value
  • Helping agents move from transactional sales to advisory relationships
  • Help refine the structure of Equita’s sales organization
  • Implement KPI-driven accountability
  • Improve speed-to-production for new agents
  • Support systems that create predictability in growth
  • Providing insight on industry trends and market opportunities
  • Assisting in evaluating growth initiatives and partnerships
  • Collaborating on long-term strategy and execution
  • Contributing to major organizational decisions
  • Help attract high-level talent into the organization
