About The Position

The Senior Vice President (SVP), Marketing is responsible for leading and executing SENA’s overall marketing vision, strategy, and initiatives across U.S. and global markets. This executive role provides strategic leadership for brand management, integrated marketing communications, product go-to-market initiatives, channel marketing, and overall market growth efforts. The SVP of Marketing serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, working closely with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to align marketing initiatives with corporate objectives and long-term business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required
  • Minimum 10–15+ years of progressive marketing experience with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership or executive-level marketing role
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing large-scale marketing strategies across multiple channels and markets
  • Strong experience leading product launch strategies and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Proven experience managing budgets, analyzing business performance metrics, and driving measurable results
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced business environment
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams in a global environment

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree (MBA or related field) preferred
  • Experience within consumer electronics, technology, powersports, communication systems, or related industries preferred
  • Experience managing global or multi-regional marketing operations preferred
  • Familiarity with distributor, dealer, and retail channel marketing strategies preferred
  • Experience supporting international business growth and market expansion initiatives preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop, lead, and execute comprehensive global and U.S. marketing strategies aligned with SENA’s corporate vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans
  • Provide executive oversight of brand strategy, brand identity, and integrated marketing communications to ensure a consistent and effective global brand presence
  • Direct and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches across the U.S. and North American markets to drive market penetration and revenue growth
  • Establish, implement, and manage channel marketing strategies across distributors, resellers, retail partners, and strategic sales channels
  • Lead and oversee integrated marketing initiatives across digital marketing, ATL (Above-the-Line), retail marketing, experiential marketing, and other customer engagement platforms
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitive intelligence, and industry developments to support strategic planning and business decisions
  • Develop, manage, and oversee marketing budgets while ensuring cost efficiency and maximizing return on investment (ROI)
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and strategic direction to internal marketing teams, external agencies, and global business partners
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with company objectives and growth priorities
  • Serve as a member of the executive leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO of SENA USA and contributing to overall corporate strategy and organizational direction
  • Perform additional executive-level responsibilities as needed to support business objectives and operational priorities
