The SVP, Loan Administration owns the strategy and results for Escrow, Special Loans, Credit Reporting, and Assumptions driving exceptional customer service combined with regulatory integrity. This role manages the activities and operations of Escrow, Special Loans, Credit Reporting and Assumptions. The position involves monitoring and managing KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement. A key aspect is maximizing revenue through strategic budget oversight, including maintenance and management of the operation’s staffing models, maintaining appropriate staffing levels, the design and implementation of AI to reduce headcount, annual contract review and negotiations, vendor oversight, loss management and allocation, and overall operational efficiency and quality. The role is responsible for coaching, influencing and developing team members. It also oversees insurance vendor handling hazard and flood insurance and related correspondence. Implementation and management of controls and standards for all internal and external processes are crucial. The SVP will partner with Legal and compliance to proactively manage regulatory and investor requirements. This senior servicing leader will interface with clients, investors, and regulators. Maintaining audit readiness to support internal audit and other audits of the functional area is required. The position involves maintaining department’s policies and procedures and developing management reporting to manage the function, measure/report performance and service levels.
