About The Position

SCOR has created a new global facultative reinsurance team to further its success in this market. This role is responsible for SCOR's facultative construction reinsurance offering across the United States, developing and strengthening relationships with cedants and brokers, and collaborating internally with peers and counterparts in the global SCOR organization. As a lead underwriter for construction, you will drive the strategic engagement for business development, including business origination and maintenance of the SCOR facultative offering to cedants and brokers in the region. You will play a key role in achieving the plan and ensuring the profitability of cedant facultative transactions in the US, contributing to the success of the underwriting team within the region. Your plan contributions are part of the regional and global cedant facultative ambition and are achieved through sound technical and profitable underwriting. These goals require experienced underwriting and commercial skills to develop SCOR’s market share and leadership position across facultative reinsurance.
