About The Position
The Senior Vice President, Human Resources is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for developing and executing the company’s people strategy in support of our business objectives, culture and long-term growth. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this executive serves as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team. The SVP leads all aspects of the Human Resources function for FCCI Insurance Group, a growing commercial property and casualty insurance organization of approximately 900 employees. This position is located in our headquarters in Sarasota, Florida.
Requirements

- Serving as a strategic business partner to the CEO and senior leadership team.
- Leading all aspects of the Human Resources function for FCCI Insurance Group.
- Managing a team of approximately 900 employees.

- Lead all HR functions: Talent Acquisition, Compensation and benefits, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, HR Operations and Payroll, HR Compliance and Policy Administration
