Lyra Technology Group, a platform of Evergreen, is seeking an SVP, Growth. This is a builder role focused on driving new logo revenue growth across Lyra's portfolio of B2B services companies. The SVP will partner directly with portfolio company CEOs and Growth Leaders to identify growth opportunities, coach and enable sales teams, surface winning patterns, and help successful approaches spread across the portfolio. This role requires a strong background in building sales motions from scratch, particularly in SMB services with limited resources and high accountability. The ideal candidate will influence, equip, and elevate operators managing sales teams, with a bias toward measurable revenue impact.
