The SVP of Genoa Growth serves as the enterprise leader responsible for shaping and executing Genoa's growth strategy across commercial performance, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and new business development. This role drives sustainable revenue and margin growth by identifying new market opportunities, expanding strategic partnerships, and advancing Genoa's de novo expansion strategy, while leading Sales, Business Development, Partnerships, and Client Success functions in support of the organization's long-term growth objectives. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive executive leadership experience in healthcare, pharmacy services, payer, provider, or related industries
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise growth, commercial strategy, business development, and market expansion initiatives
  • Experience launching or scaling new markets, business lines, or strategic partnerships
  • Solid financial and operational acumen, including P&L accountability and investment analysis
  • Proven track record of leading large, geographically dispersed teams and achieving aggressive growth objectives
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in behavioral health, pharmacy services, value-based care, specialty populations, or integrated care delivery models
  • Experience with de novo expansion, mergers and acquisitions, or enterprise growth transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with PACE, Justice-Involved populations, IDD, Medicaid, and other underserved healthcare segments
  • MBA, MHA, or other advanced business or healthcare-related degree

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute Genoa's multi-year growth strategy
  • Establish growth priorities, investment strategies, and resource allocation decisions
  • Partner with Finance to develop business cases, long-range growth plans, and performance targets
  • Own revenue, margin, forecasting, and growth-related financial outcomes
  • Evaluate strategic investments, partnerships, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities
  • Lead two Sales Teams – Sales Directors who are accountable for selling ~60 new sites per year with a TCV target of $500M+; Business Development Directors who are accountable for selling 3,000+ external account locations per year with a TCV target of $1B+
  • As Genoa continues to expand into adjacent markets, lead market entry and Sales for PACE, Justice-Involved and IDD programs
  • Develop market entry and scaling strategies
  • Identify and evaluate new business models and partnership opportunities
  • Build relationships with key external stakeholders
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and partner growth
  • Evaluate partnership opportunities and mitigate partnership risk
  • Oversee specialized growth initiatives, including 340B and Health Equity
