Sprinklr is seeking an SVP, Global Alliances to lead the strategy, development, and execution of its global partner ecosystem. This role involves leading a strategic transformation of the Alliances function from an influence-based model to a true revenue-generating partner organization, establishing clear accountability for pipeline creation, sourced and co-sold revenue, and services attach. It requires driving a shift in mindset, operating rhythms, and incentives to prioritize measurable business outcomes, speed to value, and customer impact.
