About The Position

AMS has built a modern media and programmatic growth capability that unlocks scalable digital revenue opportunities across agencies, brands, media owners, and platform partnerships. The SVP, Digital Media Growth & Partnerships will serve as the commercial architect and leader of sourcing new revenue. This is a strategic player-coach role responsible for driving revenue directly while building a repeatable go-to-market motion and commercial infrastructure.

Requirements

  • 10–15+ years in digital media, ad tech, programmatic, agency trading, retail media, or platform sales leadership.
  • Experience at organizations such as The Trade Desk, Magnite, PubMatic, Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Yahoo DSP, DV360 ecosystem, Criteo, LiveRamp, or major agency holding companies.
  • Strong understanding of both supply-side and demand-side economics.
  • Track record of building net-new revenue channels or scaling commercial teams.
  • Established network across agencies, media buyers, brands, procurement, and platform partnerships.
  • Ability to operate in entrepreneurial environments and build process from scratch.

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver AMS’s digital media revenue growth targets.
  • Build and execute a strategic multi-channel go-to-market strategy across agencies, brands, platforms, and media partnerships.
  • Personally lead complex, high-value commercial opportunities and negotiations.
  • Develop differentiated digital offerings focused on pricing leverage, inventory access, efficiency, and media performance.
  • Establish scalable commercial processes including forecasting, CRM discipline, pipeline management, and account prioritization.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing business development organization.
  • Partner closely with programmatic, execution, and solutions teams to ensure scalable delivery.
  • Identify expansion opportunities across retail media, performance media, strategic supply relationships, and alternative monetization models.
