About The Position

Abacus Technology is seeking a Sustainment Analyst to provide program support for the Technical Advisory and Assistance Services (TAAS) program at Hanscom AFB. This is a full-time position. The Sustainment Analyst will serve as an advisor to management on the evaluation of the effectiveness of government NC3 Sustainment programs and operations. This includes, but is not limited to, supply chain effectiveness, potential DMSMS issues, system availability, and trends analysis. The role requires a strong understanding of NC3 programs, missions, policies, and objectives, as well as management principles and analytical methods for assessing program sustainment and improving organizational effectiveness. The analyst will also advise on budgetary and financial management principles related to long-range planning and program sustainment, and make recommendations for future NC3 efforts. Experience in fact-finding and investigative techniques is essential, along with strong communication skills for developing presentations and reports. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team is also required. Applicants must be US Citizens with a current Top Secret clearance and meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in sustainment of programs and operations support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Must have knowledge of the substantive nature of NC3 programs and activities; NC3 missions, policies, and objectives; management principles and processes; and the analytical and evaluative methods and techniques for assessing program sustainment or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Understanding of basic budgetary and financial management principles and techniques as they relate to long range planning and sustainment of programs and objectives as well as making recommendations on ways forward to support NC3 efforts well into the future.
  • Experience in fact-finding and investigative techniques.
  • Must have strong oral and written communications skills and be able to develop presentations and reports.
  • Must be able to work as part of a team or independently.
  • Must be a US Citizen and hold a current Top Secret clearance.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
