About The Position

Sustaining Product Engineer supports the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of NOV downhole and above ground horizontal pump systems. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementation of practical solutions to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering
• 0 to 5 years of work experience
• Previous Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3D CAD/Modeling experience (Creo/Pro-E, SolidWorks, etc.)
• Communication, able to express relevant information appropriately, clearly, and correctly.
• Learn and operate multiple NOV specific software/programs.
• Applies creative thinking to develop innovative and effective solutions.
• Applies fundamental engineering principles to troubleshoot and improve designs and processes.
• An understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, testing)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with centrifugal pumps is preferred
