About The Position
The Sustaining Product Engineer supports the design, analysis, and continuous improvement of NOV downhole and above ground horizontal pump systems. This role involves hands-on problem-solving, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and implementation of practical solutions to improve performance, reliability, and manufacturability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: Mechanical Engineering
- 0 to 5 years of work experience
- Previous Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- 3D CAD/Modeling experience (Creo/Pro-E, SolidWorks, etc.)
Nice To Haves
- An understanding of manufacturing processes (machining, welding, assembly, testing)
- Experience with centrifugal pumps is preferred
