  • Experience with display interfaces such as DisplayPort, eDP, MIPI, HDMI, or LVDS
  • Experience working with overseas manufacturing or engineering partners
  • Experience in medical, automotive, aerospace, or other highly controlled product environments
  • Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), transition-to-production, and post-launch product support activities

Responsibilities

  • Serve as an engineering point of contact for customer technical issues, product concerns, and field escalations
  • Lead and support technical investigations related to electrical performance, reliability, manufacturing defects, and customer-reported failures
  • Work cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, and external partners to identify root cause and drive corrective action
  • Provide clear technical communication to internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers
  • Support customer-facing technical discussions, including issue reviews, investigation updates, and resolution planning
  • Provide engineering support for reliability analysis, failure analysis, and product quality investigations
  • Support root cause and corrective action activities, including 8D, CAPA-style investigations, and related documentation
  • Apply familiarity with ISO 9001, medical product environments, manufacturing quality processes, APQP/PPAP, FMEA, and corrective action methods
  • Review product history, test data, manufacturing data, schematics, layouts, BOMs, and system behavior to determine likely failure modes
  • Partner with Quality to ensure investigations are technically sound, well documented, and effectively closed
  • Support electrical design activities for new products, sustaining projects, product updates, and customer-specific modifications
  • Create, review, and update schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer
  • Design and modify mixed-signal, analog, and digital circuits to support display systems, control electronics, test platforms, and production hardware
  • Support hardware platforms containing MCUs, FPGAs, high-speed video/display interfaces, LED backlight controls, serializers, video bridges, and associated control systems
